Assembly Instructions

The 2nd generation Nuke Performance 3.0 liter Fuel Surge Tank, now for 1, 2 or 3 internal high-pressure fuel pumps, top quality combined with outstanding performance.
This new updated version is the first of its kind specially developed and designed to mount up to three internal fuel pumps within the same unit. Every fuel pump uses its own AN-8 outlet that lets you choose between the most various setups thinkable.

With the possibility to mount up to three high-pressure fuel pumps, this over-sized fuel surge tank is ready to deliver fuel for more than 3500hp, this is the most universal fuel surge tank on the market.

Fuel pumps are mounted with the billet internal mounting bracket
This second-generation Nuke Performance Fuel Surge Tank comes with an internal bracket for up to three internal fuel pumps with an outer diameter of 39mm, this is the most common fuel pump size and makes a perfect fit and combination for most setups thinkable. It also fits the very popular Ti Automotive, Walbro GST400, GST450 and GST520 fuel pumps and its design siblings such as Aeromotive Stealth 450.

With the Nuke Performance external fuel surge tank, you minimize the risk when running at a low fuel level, that the system does not cope with the extremely hard driving such as drifting, drag racing and track days where you can exceed 2g, which could result in fuel loss. With this setup, you can rely on maximum fuel delivery, a safe solution for your engine and setup even when the conditions are as demanding as they get. That you are able to mount high flow in-tank fuel pumps without larger customization of your stock fuel tank is almost as important. With this setup, you are able to deliver extreme fuel flow to your engine and thanks to the fuel surge tanks over-dimensioned 3.0 liter design you will have enough fuel at all conditions and at all times.

How does a fuel surge tank work and how does it flow?
Your stock fuel pump or your aftermarket lift fuel pump within your stock fuel tank or your aftermarket fuel cell functions as a pickup fuel pump that fills the surge tank and ensures that the high-pressure fuel pumps within the oversized surge tank always have enough fuel to maximize fuel flow and minimize the risk of starvation that can seriously harm your engine.
