Ticon Industries Ultra Lightweight tubes are machined from the highest quality 1mm Grade 1 titanium. These are ideal for use in exhaust systems, as fuel, as well as cooling water and oil lines. Straight tubes are available in lengths of 60cm and 120cm in the specified diameters. We are happy to offer you a polished version as well as tubes with a 1.2mm wall individually on request.

Thanks to its special properties, titanium is an ideal material for the construction of exhaust systems in motorsport. Low weight combined with very high strength allows the use of even thinner materials, which means that an exhaust system made from high-quality titanium components is extremely light and robust at the same time. With a clever design, a complete car racing exhaust system including a catalytic converter with a total weight of approx. 5kg can be constructed.
