Ticon Industries Ultra Lightweight arches are machined from the highest quality 1mm Grade 1 titanium and have a tight radius. These are ideal for use in exhaust systems, as fuel, as well as cooling water and oil lines. The pipe bends are available in the listed diameters.

Thanks to its special properties, titanium is an ideal material for the construction of exhaust systems in motorsport. Low weight and very high strength at the same time allow the use of even lower material thicknesses, which means that an exhaust system made from high-quality titanium components is extremely light and resistant at the same time. With a clever design, a complete car racing exhaust system including a catalytic converter with a total weight of approx. 5kg can be constructed.
