The test stand report shows the comparison between two identical engines under the same test stand conditions. The engine with the blue line is equipped with individual throttle valves from a competitor, the engine with the red line is equipped with 42mm AT-Power individual throttle valves.

The single throttle kit is mounted directly on the cylinder head and does not require any further adapters or components. Ideal for high-end sports and racing engines.

No changes are required to the vehicle, so that residue-free retrofitting is possible at any time.

Scope of delivery:

- Intake bridge with AT-Power shaftless / butterfly throttle valve - 45mm round (for 42mm channels on the head).

- Suction pipes and funnels.

- Throttle linkage for using the original throttle cable.

- Fuelrail: Dash 6 or 8mm plug connection.

- Air filter: different variants possible - just contact us

- Injection nozzles: different variants possible - just talk to us

The original injection nozzles can be used; depending on the engine specification, the use of larger injection nozzles is necessary / recommended.

In addition, the inclusion of a throttle valve sensor (TPS) can be prepared and the appropriate sensor can be delivered.

The individual throttle valves can also be supplied as a ready-to-install complete kit with control unit, fuel lines, fuel pressure regulator, air filter, etc. to be delivered. We recommend that you carry out the coordination exclusively on a test bench. This can also be done by us or an experienced partner company.

The anodized color can be selected from 18 different colors for each part of the system and can also be configured with different colors.

When replacing the original intake manifold with AT Power single throttle valves, a weight saving of around 10.5kg results.

Patented shaftless design means there is no need for a continuous medium wave. This reduces turbulence and flow losses. Only 0.5% less air flow compared to a throttle without any flap and up to 10% higher air flow compared to conventional throttle flaps with a shaft.
