Area of application: aluminum tubes with a minimum inner diameter of 16mm and a maximum wall thickness of 2mm
With this effective flaring device, you can easily produce beads on aluminum pipes (e.g. for use as charge air pipes, cooling water pipes, etc.). The flaring tool is simply clamped in a vice, the tube clamped between the two wheels and turned with the crank.
The flaring is absolutely necessary and provides effective protection against slipping silicon hoses.
